I loved the first game, one of my favorites of all time, and one of the best, in my opinion, of this gen.
Can't wait to hear more and get some information.
You're example has no meaning. FF games have nothing in common from one to the next. If someone hasn't played ME1 they are not going to understand what is going on in ME2..

You post a website that says the "bigwig" Ray Muzyka says they were "committed to bringing the Mass Effect trilogy exclusively to the Xbox 360."
Then the site says "a BioWare representative" one not even named says that Ray Muzyka was "incorrect" and "never confirmed any plans of Mass Effect exclusivity for the trilogy."
So, tell me if I'm right.. You say that the game will not...
Now now now. What would determine a game being a "Halo Killer?" Better overall review score? High amount of sales? What?
If it's a higher overall review score, then all that is is people's opinions and does not determine if a game is "better."
If it's sales, then all that means is more people bought the game, which was prolly due to advertising.
Now, to me, it's a bold statement saying that Killzone2 is a "Halo Killer."

I don't know where you have been.. but, there is plenty reason to buy a x360, and I'm not complaining if Square-Enix wants to create more RPG's (exclusive or not) on the x360.
Halo was originally meant to be a RTS so I think it will work rather well, besides, it's being developed by one of the best RTS developers, Ensemble.
So, I'm betting the game will be rather good.

YES! Of course it is.. No doubt. Sure, the games for 09 aren't looking to hott, but if you're just buying the system then there are still all those other amazing games to pick up, a new owner wouldn't have to worry about the upcoming year and it's games.

I have no doubt that Killzone2 will be a great game, wish I could have try the game though, but I just wonder whats gonna happen if the game doesn't sell well..?

First off, the GT series is going on the number Five!(5) and the Forza series will be going on to number Three!(3). That's like comparing the FF series to.. White Knight Chronicles.. Not a fair comparison at all.

I'm more surprised that the PS3 fanboys are trying to use the "x360 has no games" excuse now. Let me refresh your memory, and in case you didn't know it's January 5th of 2009, MS does not announce games until they are close to release or in the same year as release.

Hmmm. Have you ever even played on the x360? Sure, their might be a lot of "tweens" on the x360, or so you say, but personally, I hardly run into younger players. Only one person I play with, on my friends list, is under twenty, and he is a brother of another person I play with, everyone else is over. And, me, personally, I know plenty of non-gamers that know or has heard of those games. But, that goes to show people live different lives and different experiences. =)

Do you know that Halo was meant to be an RTS? That was the first idea for the game. I don't remember why they changed it to a shooter, though? o.O
And, the game is in good hands, though. Ensemble Studios is a very good developer and they will make Halo Wars to be a good game.
If an RTS isn't your thing, than that's cool and understandable, but if you're into RTS games, then I think Halo Wars would be good to pick up.
Sega, again.. Or EA, they have enough studios to only rely on themselves if needed, some what like Sony.
